خواهان صلح

یک منبع آگاه در این باره به خواهان صلح گفت: "تاكنون ده نفر جرات كرده و به تجاوز اعتراف كرده اند ولي متاسفانه همه آنها توسط مرتضوي بازداشت و یا از زندان به مكان نامعلومي منتقل شده اند."

وی تاکید کرد: "این اقدام بدین دلیل است که دیگر زندانیان از افشای شکنجه ها وحشت کرده و آنها را کتمان کنند."

این منبع آگاه افزود: "درست همان روزی که آقای بروجردی رئیس کمیسیون امنیت ملی با شکنجه دیدگان گفت و گو کرده بود، پس از خروج از زندان مدعی شد که زندانیان همگی از برخورد ماموران راضی بوده اند!"

وی در پایان اضافه کرد: "اگر زندانیان راضی بودند، چرا اجازه ندادند نمایندگان اصلاح طلب وارد بندها شده و چرا در هر دیدار، دو بازجو هیئت تحقیق را برای فیلمبرداری و ضبط گفت و گوها همراهی می کردند؟"

پس از این گفت و گو به یکی از ناظران حقوق بشر سازمان ملل موضوع را انتقال دادم، اما پاسخ و بی خیالی اش بیش از همه رنجم داد؛ "موضوع جدیدی نیست! در سال 2002 خانمی در زندان توسط 2 سرباز 17-18 بار مورد تجاوز قرار می گیرد. این خانم بعدا به آمریکا مهاجرت می کند و به سازمان ملل شکایت می برد، هیئت سه نفره ای از سوی سازمان ملل مامور بررسی ماجرا می شود. هیئت پس از بررسی تاکید کرد که به این خانم توسط ماموران ایرانی تجاوز شده است. همان زمان ما از ایران خواستیم تا به ما پاسخگو باشد، سخنگوی دولت هم مثل همیشه آمد و تکذیب کرد."

Transfering of 10 declaring prisoners to be tortured sexually to an unknown place

A source of awareness said to "khahane solh" [demand of peace]: " So far, ten dared to confess to rape and but unfortunately all of them have detained by Mortazavi [Iranian government court savage judge] and the prison have been transferred to an unknown place.” He emphasized:" This action has taken regarding to scare other prisoners of disclosing torture and terror and reservation those sort of thing. “This Aware source added:" Just the same day that the National Security Commission Chairman Mr. Broujerdi had an Interview with those who had been excruciated, he after leaving prison claimed all prisoners have been happy of agent’s treatments!!! "In the end, he added: "If the prisoners were happy, why did not allow reformist representatives get into cells and why two agents accompanied interrogator committee for filming and recording talks?" After the conversation transferred this topic to one of the United Nations human rights observers, but his answer and most carefree suffered me most of all; "is not a new topic! on 2002 a woman raped in prison by 2 soldiers 17-18 times .this woman immigrated to America later and take complaints to United Nations , three person delegation investigated the matter. The Board emphasized that Iranian agents have been raped this woman. At Same time we asked Iran to be accountable to us, government spokesman denied as always."µ
